Fees
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a consultation fee of $267 per standard individual session of 45-60 minutes with a clinical psychologist. We provide a reduced rate for all services.Bulk-billing is not available. We offer reduced fees by a clinical registrar to people who are low income earners or out of work. All the work conducted my registrars is supervised by the principal psychologist Nisrin Kheir.
Please contact us directly to discuss assessment fees for IQ, learning/achievement, adaptive behaviour and behavioural ratings for ADHD to get a accurate quote as the fee depends on the complexity of the referral. Medicare does not generally provide rebates for assessments but private health fund may cover some costs. Please check directly with your fund.
Medicare: individuals will need a referral from a GP to access Medicare rebates. The Medicare rebate per standard session for a clinical psychologist is $129.55.
Most private health funds offer rebates for psychological services and if you are a private client no referral is needed.
If you or your child have a self-managed NDIS plan, you will be charged the standard fee and given a receipt to claim back from the NDIA. If you or your child are plan-managed, we can send the invoice directly to your NDIS provider to cover the session cost. We cannot currently see NDIA- managed clients.
Cancellation Policy
Please note a cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Non-attendance without notice will be charged at the full rate. Cancellations with less than 24hours notice = $100. Cancellations with less than 48 hours = $50. Please contact us for any further questions about cancellations.
Psychometric assessments such as IQ testing, Achievement/learning tests, Adaptive Behaviour and other standardised assessments. Please contact us directly to discuss as it depends on your specific needs.

Private Health: Eligible patients can also claim their entitlement from private health fund by providing their fund with the receipt. This can be done by visiting a branch or online.
